Puppy Sales Policy

I am located in western Pa, northeast of Pittsburgh.  My male puppies start at $1500 and females at $1700.  Prices may be higher depending on color/pattern and if you want breeding rights.  At the time you choose your puppy I will need a $200 deposit.  I accept Cash/PayPal/Zelle/Venmo/Cards (with a 5% surcharge to cover my fees).  Puppies go home at 8 weeks of age.  When you pick up your puppy I will need the balance of the price of the puppy.  All puppy deposits are non-refundable unless your puppy becomes ill under my care and I am unable to deliver a puppy I have promised or there are extenuating circumstances.

Once I have a puppy for you, you will get at least weekly pics/videos and updates on the health and development of your puppy.  He/she will also get 4 wormings, 3 shots, microchipped, AKC papers, full health records, "instructions" and a puppy pack.

I was working on my taxes today.  Think about puppy pricing.  First, I pay the state 6% sales tax.  Then about 1/3 of the price goes to my direct expenses, feed, shots, bedding, etc.  Then any income I make I have to pay self employment tax on, that's 2x the social security and medicare they take out of your paycheck.  Then there's the licensing and capital expenses, maintaining the building, electricity, heating, water.  I probably make about $400 a puppy for 8 weeks of work....  I do this for the love of the animals, certainly not to get rich.
